     Insert a new subsection to read:                                                               
         "(h)  The Department of Public Safety shall annually publish a                             
     report that summarizes the activities of teams established under                               
     this section.  The report must include conclusions,                                            
     recommendations, and general trends and shall be distributed to                                
     the governor, the legislature, and the Alaska Judicial Council."
